Please do not place an order with our store without reading through the FAQ and understanding how the store operates. Thank you.
• All items on the store are available for pre-order only, unless stated otherwise. All notebooks are produced subject to order.
• Pre-orders last for two weeks. At the end of each fortnight, all customers are contacted via email regarding the status of their orders. All orders are shipped at the end of every fortnight.
Why is your store only open for pre-orders?
This way it allows me to order what stock I need and not have any over stock or never having the right notebook that you want. You should recieve your order within 7-10 days of the dispatch dates
Do you ship worldwide and how much is postage?
Yes, I ship worldwide!
*Please note* additional customs charges / import duty may be added on the arrival of your items.
It's been over the stated time of delivery, why have my items still not arrived?
Please contact us and state your order number, name and email address along with the items that have not arrived. Without these details we will not be able to help you.
Do you accept Paypal?
Yes, this is the preferred way of payment.
You do not need a paypal account to be able to pay.
I do not accept returns/exchanges unless the product is faulty.
Hopefully it will get to you without any issues!
To prove this you must first contact me and I will ask to see a clear photo.
If you do not understand how I have described the item on the product page, it is your responsibility to contact me before ordering
What if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
If you have entered the address incorrectly, please email me straight away to correct it. If failure to do so and the item has already been dispatched, I won’t be able to give a full refund/resend the item. It is very important that you check your PayPal address before you confirm your order.
Let’s hope this doesn’t happen!
The product I received is damaged
In this case, please email me with a clear photo of the issue so I have proof to send to my suppliers if needed. You must contact me within 24 hours of delivery.
I've received an incorrect item, what should I do?
